These terms and conditions may be subjected to changes in future without prior notices so we encourage you to check back from time to time. The use of www.shinecars.com.sg is subject to the following terms of use:

· Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
· This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
· All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
· Unauthorized use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
· From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

2) Order
All prices quote in www.shinecars.com.sg are in Singapore currency by default.
Shine Cars reserved the rights to refuse to accept an order in the following event:
· Product is out of stock
· Order made is of suspected fraud
· In the event of typographical error in pricing and product description
In the event of an order being placed, we make every effort to acknowledge the order within one business day. Customers can view the status of their order in their account.
Once order is placed, there will be no cancellations or refunds of payment. Changing of purchase order is permitted in the following event;
· Products is out of stock
· Before dispatch of the goods
3) Payment
For local customer (Singapore), we accept payment by cash on delivery, bank transferred or paypal.
For overseas customers, we accept payment by paypal. For customers who do not have a paypal account, you may contact us to send a payment request to your email address by paypal.
4) Shipping and Delivery
Local Delivery
Free island wide delivery for single purchase above $90.
For single purchase below $90, there will be a $6 delivery fee.
You may also self collect at Block 249, Hougang Ave 3, S(530249). For self collection, please give us a ring/sms/email beforehand to schedule. You may also drop us a notification in the ‘comment field’ before checking out from the shopping cart. For example;
“Self collection this weekend at 8pm-10pm”
For customers who engage our detailing services and also wish to purchase detailing products, please let us know beforehand so that we can pack and bring your goods along.
International Shipping/Delivery
Shine cars makes every effort to ship all orders within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of your purchase. Occasionally when there are delays beyond our control, we will make effort to contact you by email, phone or on our website.
Shine Cars E-store by default will be using Singpost register mail or speed surface as our primary shipping options. They are economical but may take up to weeks to deliver. You may also contact us if you wish to use a faster shipping options. Shipping time given by Singpost should only be used as an estimate and we have no control over any delays. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from delayed delivery.
Customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address and contact number. In cases where incorrect, undeliverable and returns orders, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. There will be no refund of shipping charges if the customer decides to cancel the order.

6) Return and Exchange policy
There will be no return, refund or exchange after goods have been sold except for defective goods upon receipt. We advise you to check the products for damages or defects before accepting.
For International shipping, Customers are to notify us within 24 hours for defects and damage goods. Return, refund or exchange of goods is subjected to proof and is on Shine Cars approval. The costs of returning goods will be borne by you. Any returning goods should be in their unused condition with the original invoice. Proof of posting must be retained and has to be submitted upon Shine Cars request.
7) Dealing with Fraud
It is customer responsibility to safe guards your credit card and banking details. Shine Cars will not be liable to compensate or refund any money back to you unless you report the matters to us before the preparation of order is made. It is customer responsibility to make an official report to the police for any unauthorized use of credit card or banking information. If you are found fraudulent, we may apply legal action against you and you will be held responsible for the cost arise from these actions.
